12.1 Instrument dialog: Electric motor

Motor speed reduction to 200 rpm
In steps of 1000 from 40000 – 10000rpm
In steps of 400 from 10000 – 2000rpm
In steps of 200 from 2000 – 200rpm
starting slowly, then increasing rapidly.
Coolant, air or spray,
or spray or NaCl.
NaCl (with additional equipment saline solution) can be
set alternatively instead of air. See basic setting dialog
1 (see page page 56).
Light on the dental burr ON / OFF
If this key is actuated longer, the brightness setting dia-
log appears.
Freely selectable function, ON / OFF.
e.g. call key (connected by your service engineer).

The function can be preselected as a key or switch in the
basic setting dialog 1 (see page page 56).
Function of the keys, right row:
Chip blower (foot switch to the right)
An air jet comes out of the nozzle on the dental burr.
The light on the dental burr switches on. It remains on
until approx. 10sec after the chip blower was switched
off.
