j) Steering servo
SE1
The steering servo (not part of the delivery, must be ordered separately) is
attached to the chassis using the two holding brackets "SE1". The adjustable
servo rod is to be mounted between the steering rod and the servo arm with
2 M3x 10mm screws.
The later adjustment of the servo arm to the servo axle and the setting of the
servo rod is to be carried out once the vehicle is complete (after installation
of the drive control unit and a remote control). This may require the servo to
be removed again in order for the servo arm to be adjusted to the servo axle.
The holding brackets with the servo arm are attached to the chassis with 4
counter-sunk self-tapping screws (thread length 8mm).
