Place some st andard light er cubes conf orming t o DIN EN 1860-3 on it and light t hem. How ever, do not

Then leave t he charcoal t o burn f or about 30 - 45 minut es unt il it is covered by a layer of w hit e ash.

Now cook t he f ood as direct ed in t he recipe.

t hat t he cooking t imes w ill diff er accordingly.
