FRONT AXLE AND TRACK
1
INSPECTION
1. Inspect:
• Track 1
• Slide metal 2
Wear/cracks/damage → Replace.
2. Inspect:
• Sprocket wheel 1
Wear/break/damage → Replace.
• Front axle 2
Bends/scratches (excessive)/damage →
Replace.
3. Inspect:
• Bearing
Pitting/damage → Replace.
INSTALLATION
1. Install:
• Sprocket wheels
• Guide wheels
NOTE:
• When pressing the sprocket wheels onto the front
axle, align the lugs on each sprocket wheel.
• Position each sprocket wheel on the axle as
shown in the illustration.
