If the suggested application position is correct,
proceed as follows:
- press and release the LIVE
on the weight tray (see figure 15b);
If the suggested application position is not cor-
rect, proceed as follows:
- press (and hold) the LIVE
- turn the wheel clockwise to move the laser tri-
angulator forwards or anti-clockwise to move it
backwards;
- release the LIVE
position
- if the ALU1 or ALU2 balancing programme is
selected, the machine will request confirmation
for both positions. Position 1 is indicated in
figure 15 (for a spring weight, i.e. ALU2) and
figure 15a (for an adhesive weight, i.e. ALU1)
whereas position 2 is indicated in figure 15c.
Position 2
- after confirmation, the machine will automatically
recalculate the unbalances in correspondence of
the new set positions.

- It is possible to exit the LIVE environment by press-
ing the button on the monitor. In this
case the measured dimensions are NOT confirmed
and the machine will again request confirmation,
as shown in the figure.
Note: the edge acquired automatically by the machine
can be changed either by using the

CAUTION
If the operator changes the machine's balancing
programme at the end of the previously described
procedure, the icon
shown in figure 15d. Press the icon
to confirm the selected balancing programme. After
this operation, the machine may request confirmation
of the acquired dimensions; in this case, proceed as
described above.
CAUTION
The status of the internal sensor is indicated in the
LIVE programme (Fig.15). If it is GREEN
this means that the laser is reading correctly, whereas
