07. Place the support against the wall, aligning the vertical line previous-
ly traced (value B) with the "axis of rotation B" of the support (see
.
fig
11). At the same time check alignment with the horizontal line
previously traced. Lastly, mark the drilling holes with a pencil (fig. 14).
14
08. Drill the holes in the wall, insert the plugs (minimum 8 mm; not sup-
plied) and fix the support using suitable screws and washers.
Important – Check that the support is completely level; the slots on
the brackets enable adjustments during fixture to correct small dif-
ferences in alignment (fig. 15).
Note – The screws required for fixing components on the wall are no
included in the pack, as their type depends on the material and thick-
ness of the wall in which they are inserted.
15
09. With the aid of a clamp, provisionally position the front bracket on the
gate leaf at the distance M from the "axis of rotation B" of the rear
support and below the axis by the value N (see fig. 16).
Suggestion – To facilitate measurement of N use a clamp and fix a
straight rod in the vicinity of the "axis of rotation B" on the support
plate.

10. Take the gearmotor and position the front section on the front brack-
et, so that the pin of the bracket is inserted into the hole on the drive
carriage (screw) of the gearmotor (fig. 17).
17
11. Then, keeping the gearmotor raised, manually open the gate so that
the rear section of the gearmotor is inserted and positioned above
the hole (axis of rotation B) of the plate (fig. 18).
18
12. Fix the gearmotor to the rear support by means of the screw, nut and
washer supplied (fig. 19).
