DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS

The illustration shows the appliance's control panels,
while the list details the descriptions and functions of
the individual controls.
1 – Convection cooking key: for selecting convec-
tion (fan-assisted hot air) cooking mode.
- Icon on: convection cooking mode selected.
2 – Mixed cooking button: for selecting mixed cook-
ing mode (convection + steam).
- Icon on: mixed cooking mode selected.
3 – Steam cooking mode button: for selecting
steam cooking mode.
- Icon on: steam cooking mode selected.
4 – Temperature setting button
- For setting the cooking temperature: press once
(the icon flashes) to set the temperature using the
knob (21).
- To modify the temperature during cooking: press
once to display the value of the temperature set on
the display (7).
Press the button and turn the knob (21) to modify
the value set.
- Changes the temperature unit of measure-
ment from degrees Centigrade (°C) to degrees
Fahrenheit (°F).
With the appliance in the STOP phase (icon (16)
lit with a green light) press the button (12) and hold
it down for longer than 3 seconds (the whole panel
powers down).
Press the button (4) and turn the knob (21) to se-
lect the temperature display in °C or °F. Press the
knob (21) to confirm the changes made.
5 – Time setting button (Timer)

- For setting the cooking time: press once (the icon
flashes) to set the cooking time using the knob (21).

Keep the button pressed for about 2 seconds to
set an "unlimited" cooking time; the display (8)

shows the message "999", which cannot be mod-

- To modify the time during cooking: press once to display the value of the time set

Press the button and turn the knob (21) to modify the value set.
- For turning the automatic preheating on and off.

ton (12) and hold it down for longer than 3 seconds (the whole panel powers down).
Press the button (5) and turn the knob (21) to turn the automatic preheating on or
off. Press the knob (21) to confirm the changes made.
