– The rate of accidents deriving from the use of appliances depends on many

be caused by unpredictable environmental factors, while others are caused
above all by users' behaviour. As well as being authorised and adequately in-
structed, if necessary, when they first use the appliance, users should also try
out a few "dummy runs" on procedures in order to get to know the main controls
and functions.

4 – Temperature setting button
- For setting the cooking temperature: press once (the icon flashes) to set the tem-
perature using the knob (21).
- To modify the temperature during cooking: press once to display the value of the
temperature set on the display (7).
Press the button and turn the knob (21) to modify the value set.
- Changes the temperature unit of measurement from degrees Centigrade
(°C) to degrees Fahrenheit (°F).
