SWITCHING THE APPLIANCE ON AND OFF

Proceed as follows.
Lighting
1 – Operate the appliance's master switch to connect
it to the electrical mains.
2 – Turn on the gas supply tap.
3 – Turn on the water supply tap.
4 – Press button (22) to switch on the appliance.
Turning off
Important
Always switch off the appliance after use.
1 – Press button (22) to switch off the appliance.
2 – Turn off the gas supply tap.
3 – Turn off the water supply tap.
4 – Cut off the mains electricity supply using the ap-
pliance's master switch.

AUTOMATIC PREHEATING

Important
For best cooking results, preheating should be
carried out with the oven empty.
1 – Press button (16) to switch on the appliance.
The appliance automatically carries out a preheating
stage.
At the end of the preheating stage a beeper sounds.
You can now fill the oven and close the door. Cooking
will start automatically.
Important
Preheating is also automatically disabled when
the temperature inside the cooking chamber is al-
ready high enough for the cooking mode set.
Temperature disabling
This disables the temperature function for the current
cooking operation only.
1 – In STOP status (icon (16) lit with a green light)
press button (16) for longer than one second.
Permanent disabling
1 – With the appliance in the STOP phase (icon (16)
lit with a green light) press the button (12) and hold it down for longer than 3 seconds
(the whole panel powers down).
2 – Press the button (5) and turn the knob (21) to turn the automatic preheating off.
3 – Press the knob (21) to confirm the changes made.
