Note :
Remove jumper X46 prior to insulation resistances
tests (500 V DC) and high voltage tests (1000 V AC),
in line with EN 60204-1 (see electrical diagram).
It should be noted that working with technical equipment
may always involve an unforeseeable acceptable risk.
Therefore the operator should eliminate such dangers by
operating the machine with care.
The following points should be observed:
use the machine only as a technical work tool for its
specified scope of application only;
always use original accessories, approved by the
manufacturer, in perfect condition and suitable for the type
of work to be carried out;
follow the instructions, notes and technical data of the
machine manufacturer and the manufacturer of the wheels
to be balanced;
wear suitable protective clothing and accessories (e.g.
goggles, safety shoes, etc.);
avoid eye contact with the Laser Systems;
do not knock or camper the Laser Systems;
do not rest on the wheel guard whilst the run is in progess.
In case of calibration defects there is an internal
diagnostic that prompts contacting service.

1 Pedal to operate the Power Clamp and the main shaft
lock.
The low rotation speed of the wheel ensures that this
balancer is very safe.
Always work in a clean area and with clean wheels.

Sûreté et fonctionnement
Nota Bene :
Pour les essais de résistances d'isolation (500 V DC)
et de haute tension (1000 V AC), conformément à la
norme EN 60204-1, il faut débrancher le jumper X46
(voir schéma électrique).
En général, lorsque l'on travaille avec des outillages
techniques, il faut prendre en compte l'existence de risques
résiduels. L'opérateur peut les éviter en opérant avec
prudence et en manoeuvrant la machine avec précaution.
En particulier, respecter les consignes suivantes:
utiliser la machine exclusivement comme moyen
technique de travail, ainsi que pour l'utilisation prévue;
utiliser toujours des accessoires originaux, approuvés par
le fabricant, en parfait état de fonctionnement et
appropriés au type de travail à exécuter; respecter les
prescriptions, les avertissements, les données techniques
fournis par le fabricant de la machine et par le fabricant
des roues à équilibrer;
porter des vêtements de travail et de protection appropriés
(ex. lunettes de protection, chaussures de sécurité, etc.);
éviter le contact optique avec les Systèmes Laser;
ne pas heurter ou manipuler les Systèmes Laser;
ne pas s'appuyer à la protection roue quand le lancement
est en cours.
En cas de défauts de calibrage, un diagnostic interne
suggère de contacter le Service après-vente.

1 Pédale d'actionnement de l'outil de fixation (Power

La faible vitesse de rotation de la roue assure que cette
équilibreuse peut être utilisée en toute sécurité.
Travailler toujours dans un endroit propre et avec des roues
propres.
