The dismantling of the control unit is to be carried out by qualified personnel only and in compliance with the
laws in force within the country of installation.
CAUTION
• In case the correct operation of the control unit cannot be restored with the support of the information contained
in the table below, apply a Specialised Technician.
PROBLEMS
The control unit does not
reach the maximum pressure.

CAUSES
The lever (9) is on "BY-PASS" , or the
lever (12) is on "S" .
The pressure regulation wing nut (7) is not
tightened enough.
The pump rotation speed is insufficient.
Pump suction circuit with throttles.
Unsuitable accessory (e.g. worn or too
big nozzle).
Air suction.
The pump pressure accumulator is
deflated.
REMEDIES
Turn the lever (9) to "PRESS" position, or the
lever (12) to "C" or "SX" or "A" or "DX" (also
refer to paragraph "ALFA, ORION" ).
Turn the wing nut clockwise until it reaches the
pressure required.
Restore the correct speed rotation.
Check the pump suction circuit and pay special
attention to the filter cleaning.
Restore the accessory.
Check the soundness of the pump suction
circuit.
Inflate the accumulator and observe the
regulations of the pump Manufacturer.
