Possible cause and solution
– Is the power plug connected to the power outlet?
– Check if the power socket is connected to the power
with another electrical device.
– Check if power cord or power plug are damaged. If yes,
do not use the appliance but bring it to a Solis service
centre.
– Check if the glass jug is correctly positioned on the appli-
ance base.
– The appliance is overheated. Pull the power plug and let
the appliance cool down for approx. 30 minutes. During
that time, do not fill the jug with cold water to speed the
cooling process up! Then, restart the appliance.
– The current water temperature is higher than the set
brewing temperature. Wait for the water to cool down
to the set temperature. Then, start phase 3 again by
pressing the START button.
– The appliance is calcified. Descale the appliance as
described.
