Metering mode
Selecting a corresponding [metering mode] ( / / / ) makes it possible to extend the
suction duration per stroke (suction stroke duration) and thus adjust the metering to high
product viscosities or challenging suction conditions.
This extension of the suction stroke duration simultaneously results in a reduction in the
max. metering output (see tables below).

The stroke frequency varies depending on the mode and calibration.
The diaphragm metering pump must be re-calibrated when switching
between individual metering modes!
The calibration symbol C! appears in the operating level display.
Once the automatic [calibration] has been correctly carried out, the symbol
C! is hidden in the operating level again!
The table values displayed for the max. stroke frequency (max. metering
capacity) are dependent on the pump size and calibration.
The details about the suction stroke and metering stroke times are
theoretical values. They may vary according to calibration tolerances,
suction line lengths, back-pressure, etc.
