Cheese and ham pasta

Ingredients
100 ml water
200 ml cream
100 g cream cheese
1 clove of garlic (pressed through the garlic press)
200 g soup mussel pasta
100 g of cooked ham (cut into fi ne strips)
Spices: Salt, pepper, paprika powder (to taste)
Preparation
1. Add water, cream and cream cheese to the mixing bowl and season with salt, pepper
and paprika powder.
2. Bring the sauce to a boil for about 5 minutes at level 2 and 100 °C.
3. Add the pasta, ham and garlic. Cook at speed level 1 and 80 °C for about 8 – 9 min-
utes until the pasta is done (see instructions on package).
