Cream cheese spread
Preparation time: approx. 5 minutes
Ingredients
200 g cream cheese
200 g sour cream
1 garlic clove
1 small onion
30 – 50 g of frozen or fresh herbs (e.g. smooth parsley)
Salt, pepper (to taste)
Preparation
1. Peel the onion, cut it into quarters and add it to the mixing bowl.
2. Peel the garlic and add it to the mixing bowl.
3. Chop for 5 – 10 seconds at speed level 4.
4. Add the other ingredients to the mixing bowl, season with salt and pepper and mix
them at speed level 3.
Mashed potatoes

Preparation time: approx. 30 minutes
Ingredients
1000 g potatoes (waxy), peeled and cut into pieces
250 ml water
30 g butter
150 ml milk
Spices: Salt, nutmeg (to taste)
Preparation
1. Put all ingredients in the mixing bowl and cook them at 90 – 100 °C at level 1 for
approx. 20 – 25 minutes.
2. Finish by switching off the temperature supply, inserting the measuring cup and
puréeing briefl y at a higher level.
