Burn hazard! The heated contents will also make the metal surface of the mixing
bowl hot. Only grasp the mixing bowl by the handle or use kitchen gloves.

The marks in the mixing bowl indicate the fi ll quantities
in increments of 0.5 litres.
The maximum fi ll quantity of the mixing bowl
amounts to 2 litres. Do not exceed it! There is
a scalding hazard due to spraying of hot food being
mixed. The mixing bowl could also overfl ow during op-
eration.
1. Place the mixing bowl with the handle forward (towards
the release button) in the mixing bowl receptacle on the
motor unit.
2. Make sure that the parts marked with Z1 and Z2 in the
fi gure extend into one another accordingly. Push it down
applying gentle pressure until it audibly locks into place.

Depress the release button and at the same time, pull the
mixing bowl out of the motor unit.
