Removal
Follow the steps on insertion in reverse order:
1. Hold the top end of the cross-blade adapter tight with one hand.
2. Turn the mixing bowl upside down, loosen the wing nut by turning it counterclockwise
and remove it.
3. Pull the cross-blade adapter out of the mixing bowl.
Stirring adapter (butterfl y)
ATTENTION!
Risk of damage to the stirring adapter!
■ The spatula must not be used when the stirring adapter is in use.
■ Do not add any food that could damage or block the stirring adapter when the device
is running. The stirring adapter is not suitable for kneading dough.
The stirring adapter is suitable for whipping cream or egg whites and stirring soups, pud-
ding, sauces, milk rice etc.

3. Hold the cross-blade adapter, turn the mixing bowl upside
down and place the wing nut on the end of the shaft. It
must be completely fl ush. If necessary, turn it slightly to
do so.
4. Tighten the wing nut by turning it clockwise up to the stop
point.
5. Make sure that the cross-blade adapter is securely seated.

the cross-blade adapter with
the wings facing down. It must
lock into place!
• To take it back off, turn it gently
back and forth while pulling it
up and off.
