Pepper onion dip
Preparation time: approx. 5 minutes
Ingredients
½ red pepper
1 onion
150 g crème fraîche
175 g cream cheese
Sweet chilli sauce, tomato paste (to taste)
Preparation
1. Peel the onion, cut it into quarters and add it to the mixing bowl.
2. Wash the pepper, cut it into large pieces and put it in the mixing bowl.
3. Chop the pepper and onion up for 40 seconds at speed level 4.
4. Add the other ingredients to the mixing bowl and mix them at speed level 3 for
20 seconds.
Banana curry dip
Preparation time: approx. 5 minutes
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
200 g sour cream
100 g mayonnaise
1 heaped TSP of curry powder
Salt, pepper, paprika powder (to taste)
Preparation
1. Peel the bananas, cut them into large pieces and put them in the mixing bowl. Chop
for 10 seconds at speed level 7.
2. Add the other ingredients to the mixing bowl and mix them at speed level 3 for about
40 seconds.
