7) ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION OF THE HTL
§7.1 - Mounting of the control box, the (+) battery cable
and (-) earth cable

Follow the instructions of document FIT-ELEC-
GENERAL-2008-02A

mount the control box, the 35mm² (+) battery
cable, and the 35mm² (-) earth cable of the
HTL.
•
Also follow the FITTING AND BODY BUILDING
INSTRUCTIONS of the vehicle manufacturer.
Disregard could potentially cause serious dam-
age to the electric systems of the HTL, and / or
the electric and electronic circuits of the vehi-
cle.

§7.2 - Optional mounting brackets for the external control
box
•
In standard execution, the control box is supplied loose
with the HTL, and is mounted to the body of the vehicle.
•
For orders including option S411.S, DHOLLANDIA sup-
plies a quick-fit bracket to mount the control box to the
sliding tubes, adapted to the type of sliding tube [See Fig.
7.1 to 7.3].

Plan the position of the control box prior to mounting the
sliding tubes, as it might influence on the fitting procedure.
