ELECTRICAL SYSTEM factory set
LAYOUT (A)
Burners RL 70 - 100 - 130
• Models RL 70 - 100 - 130 leave the factory
preset for 400 V power supply.
• If 230 V power supply is used, change the mo-
tor connection from star to delta and change
the setting of the thermal cut-out as well.

CMV - Motor contactor
RBO 522 - Control box
F1 - Protection against radio interference
FR - Photocell
I1 - Switch: burner off - on
I2 - Switch: 1st - 2nd stage operation
MB - Terminal strip
MV - Fan motor
RT - Thermal cut-out
TA - Ignition transformer
TB - Burner ground (earth) connection
U - STATUS unit or LED PANEL.
The wire to terminal 6 is installed
only when the burner is equipped
with a STATUS unit
V1 - 1st stage solenoid valve
V2 - 2nd stage solenoid valve
VS - Safety solenoid valve
NOTE
For remote-reset, connect a push-button switch
(NO) between terminal 4 and neutral of the con-
trol box (terminals 15, 16, 17 and 18).

Brûleurs RL 70 - 100 - 130
• Les modèles RL 70 - 100 - 130 quittent l'usi-
ne prévus pour une alimentation électrique à
400 V.
• Si l'alimentation est à 230 V, modifier le bran-
chement du moteur (d'étoile à triangle) et le
réglage du relais thermique.

NOTE
Pour avoir le déblocage à distance brancher un
bouton (O) entre le borne 4 et le neutre du boîte
de contrôle (bornes 15, 16, 17 et 18).

Brander RL 70 - 100 - 130
• Bij het verlaten van de fabriek zijn het driefasi-
ge modellen RL 70 - 100 - 130 ingesteld op
een voeding van 400 V.
• Als de voeding 230 V is, moet de motoraan-
sluiting veranderd worden (van ster naar drie-
hoek) alsook de afstelling van het thermisch
relais.

Indien de brander ook vanop afstand moet kun-
nen vergrendelen, een schakelaar (NO) aanslui-
ten tussen klem 4 en de nulleider van de
controledoos (klemmen 15, 16, 17 en 18).
