STATUS / LED PANEL
The burner can be equipped either with a STA-
TUS unit or a LED PANEL.
The STATUS unit has three functions:
1 - BURNER OPERATING HOURS AND THE
NUMBER OF FIRINGS ARE SHOWN ON
DISPLAY V
Total operating hours
Press button "h1".
2nd stage operating hours
Press button "h2".
1st stage operating hours
Total hours - 2nd stage operating hours
Number of firings
Press button "count".
Resetting operating hours and number of fir-
ings
Press the three "reset" buttons simultaneously.
Non-volatile memory
The operating hours and the number of firings
will remain in the memory even in the case of
electrical power failures.
2 - INDICATES THE TIMES RELATIVE TO
THE FIRING STAGE
The leds illuminate in the following sequence,
see fig. A:
WITH CONTROL DEVICE TR CLOSED:
1 - Burner off, TL open
2 - Control device TL closed
3 - Motor start:
seconds count starts on read-out V
4 - 1st stage valve energized
5 - 2nd stage valve energized:
seconds count stops on read-out V
6 - 10 seconds after stage 5 the code I I I I
will appear on the read-out: this indicates
that the starting phase is terminated.
WITH CONTROL DEVICE TR OPEN:
1 - Burner off, TL open
2 - Control device TL closed
3 - Motor start:
seconds count starts on read-out V
4 - 1st stage valve energized
7 - 30 seconds after stage 4:
seconds count stops on read-out V
8 - 10 seconds after stage 7 the code I I I I
will appear on the read-out: this indicates
that the starting phase is terminated.
The times, in seconds, shown on read-out V,
indicate the succession of the various starting
stages described on page 26.
3 - IN THE CASE OF BURNER MALFUNC-
TIONS, THE STATUS PANEL INDICATES
THE EXACT TIME AT WHICH THE FAULT
OCCURRED.
There are 3 possible combinations of illumi-
nated leds, see fig. (B).
For the causes of the malfunction refer to the
numbers shown between brackets; see the
legend on page 33 for interpretation of the
numbers.

The LED PANEL provides 6 data signalled by
illumination of the leds.
Key to symbols (STATUS / LED PANEL):
= Power present
= Fan motor blocked (red)
= Burner lock-out (red)
= 2nd stage operation
= 1st stage operation
= Load level reached (Stand-by), LED:
ON (STATUS); OFF (LED PANEL)

Le brûleur peut être équipé de STATUS ou de
LED PANEL.
STATUS accomplit trois fonctions:
1 - INDIQUE SUR LE VISEUR V LES HEURES
DE FONCTIONNEMENT ET LE NOMBRE
D'ALLUMAGES DU BRULEUR
Heures totales de fonctionnement
Presser le B.P "h1".
Heures de fonctionnement en 2e allure
Presser le B.P "h2".
Heures de fonctionnement en 1re allure
Heures totales - Heures en 2e allure.
Nombre d'allumages
Presser le B.P "count".
R.A.Z heures de fonctionnement et nombre
d'allumages
Presser simultanément les trois B.P de "reset".
Mémoire permanente
Les heures de fonctionnement et le nombre
d'allumages restent en mémoire même dans
le cas d'une interruption électrique.
2 - INDIQUE LES TEMPS DE LA PHASE DE
DEMARRAGE
L'allumage des LED se fait dans la succes-
sion suivante, voir fig. A:
THERMOSTAT TR FERME:
1 - Brûleur éteint, thermostat TL ouvert
2 - Fermeture thermostat TL
3 - Démarrage moteur:
début de comptage en sec. dans le viseur V.
4 - Excitation vanne 1re allure
5 - Excitation vanne 2me allure:
fin du comptage en sec. dans le viseur V.
6 - 10 sec. après 5, I I I I est affiché sur le vi-
seur: la phase de démarrage est terminée.
THERMOSTAT TR OUVERT:
1 - Brûleur éteint, thermostat TL ouvert
2 - Fermeture thermostat TL
3 - Démarrage moteur:
début du comptage en sec. dans le viseur V
4 - Excitation vanne 1re allure
7 - 30 sec. après 4:
fin du comptage en sec. dans le viseur V
8 - 10 sec. après 7, I I I I apparait sur le viseur:
la phase de démarrage est terminée.
Les temps en sec. qui apparaissent sur le vi-
seur V indiquent la succession des différen-
tes phases de démarrage indiquées page 26.
3 - EN CAS DE PANNE DU BRULEUR, SIGNA-
LE LE MOMENT EXACT D'INTERVENTION
DE CETTE PANNE.
3 combinaisons de LED allumées possibles,
voir fig. (B).

De brander kan geleverd worden met STATUS
of met LED PANEL.
STATUS heeft drie functies:
1 - GEEFT OP DE DISPLAY V DE BE-
DRIJFSUREN EN HET AANTAL ONTSTE-
KINGEN VAN DE BRANDER AAN
Totaal Bedrijfsuren
Druk op knop "h1".
Bedrijfsuren in de tweede vlamgang
Druk op knop "h2".
Bedrijfsuren in de eerste vlamgang
Totaal uren - uren in de tweede vlamgang
Aantal Ontstekingen
Druk op knop "count".
In nulstand brengen bedrijfsuren en aantal
ontstekingen
Houdt de drie "reset"knoppen tegelijkertijd in-
gedrukt.
Permanent geheugen
De bedrijfsuren en het aantal ontstekingen
blijven in het geheugen opgeslagen, ook bij
het uitvallen van de stroom.
2 - GEEFT DE TIJDEN VAN DE ONTSTE-
KINGSFASE WEER
De ontsteking van de led vindt plaats in vol-
gende volgorde, zie fig. A:
MET THERMOSTAAT TR DICHT:
1 - Brander uit, thermostaat TL open.
2 - Sluiting thermostaat TL
3 - Ontsteking motor:
begin van de telling in seconden op viewer V
4 - Prikkeling ventiel eerste vlamgang
5 - Prikkeling ventiel tweede vlamgang:
beëindiging van de telling in seconden op
de viewer V
6 - 10 sec. na punt 5 verschijnt I I I I op de
viewer: de ontstekingsfase is beëindigd.
MET THERMOSTAAT TR OPEN:
1 - Brander uit, thermostaat TL open
2 - Sluiting thermostaat TL
3 - Ontsteking motor:
begin telling in seconden op viewer V
4 - Prikkeling ventiel 1e vlamgang
7 - 30 sec. na punt 4:
beëindiging van de telling in seconden op
viewer V
8 - 10 sec. na punt 7 verschijnt I I I I op de
viewer: de ontstekingsfase is beëindigd.
De tijden in seconden die op viewer V ver-
schijnen geven de opeenvolging van de ver-
schillende ontstekingsfases
aangegeven op pag. 26.
3 - GEEFT, IN GEVAL VAN DEFECT VAN DE
BRANDER, HET MOMENT AAN WAAROP
DIT IS GEBEURD
Er zijn 3 verschillende combinaties met de led
aan, zie fig. (B).
Voor de oorzaken van het defect zie de cijfers
tussen haakjes en, op pag. 35, hun beteke-
nis.

LED PANEL geeft 6 verschillende inlichtingen
aan door de ontsteking van de led.

= Werking in 2e vlamgang
