10. UDAT OPERATION
To start dispensing, follow the following procedure:
1. OPERATOR
Select the "operator" field on the screen and enter your code by
keyboard. Then, press
Optionally, you can log in by using RFID or magnetic key if these devices
have been provided to you. NOTE: The RFID code is not set by the
customer but by the card manufacturer.
2. ORDER
In the "order" menú, select the "work order" field and enter the order you
want to execute. Press
3. PRODUCT
Select the product field on the screen and use the shortcut keys associated
with the navigation buttons
Then, select the dispensing point field on the screen and, using
, select the desired hose reel.
Press to confirm.
4. QUANTITY
Select the "Quantity" field on the screen and enter the volume to be
dispensed using the keyboard. Press
5. SUMMARY AND CONFIRMATION
Finally, a summary screen that presents all the data entered in the 4
previous steps is displayed on the screen. If any of these parameters need
to be modified press the cancel key

11. UVISION+ OPERATION

If the unit has been properly configured a short press on the power button
shows on the screen the "ready for use" mode.
When the screen is displayed, the backlight is activated during 10 seconds
and then turned off. After 30 seconds since the display is activated and if
there is no transaction in progress, the unit will turn off to save energy. If
the unit is off press the power button to activate it.
If the screen is ON and you want to activate the backlight press briefly the
power button in order to activate it for 10 seconds.
Once it is ON, you will have to insert the following data
• User Pin.
• Job Order.
• Quantity.

TRANSACTIONS IN PROGRESS
Immediately after launching a transaction from the "dispense" menú, the
"transactions in progress" screen is displayed.
All transactions in progress are displayed on the screen. Using the
navigation buttons and you can scroll through the list.
EMERGENCY STOP
Transactions in progress can be stopped by pressing the cancellation
button. Then, the cancellation confirmation of the order will be displayed
on the screen. Enter the operator code and press the confirmation button
to confirm the transaction cancellation.
The emergency stop can only be used by the operator who has initiated
the order or by the "manager" user.
COMPLETED TRANSACTIONS
To see the completed transactions press the shortcut key associated with
the button . Press
