Operations
• Rotate the wheel to the right plane WAP position.
• Press button "F".
"S 1" will appear on the right display.
• Move the radial closer to the upper part in the 12
o'clock position.
• Press button "F".
"S - -" will appear on the right display.
• Move the radial next to the first to the 12 o'clock
position.
"S - 2" will appear on the right display. Rotate in the
opposite direction until you find the radial where
the above mentioned index appears.
Note:
The field where "S – 2" appears on the
display is wider than radial width,
therefore make sure the radial is
positioned exactly at 12 o'clock before
pressing "F" again.
• Press button "F".
An unbalance less than the initial one appears on
the display on the right hand side.
• Rotate and block the wheel in the right plane WAP
position.
• Arrange the indicated weight in the arm applicator.
• Move the detector arm to point 0 (zero) of
counterweight application, indicated by the display.
• Rotate the arm towards the rim and apply the
adhesive weight.
• Rotate and block the wheel in the second WAP
position of the same plane.
• Repeat the fastening operation as indicated above
for the first weight.
• When finished, perform a check spin.
5.3.3
Spinning the wheel.
The wheel type and dimensions must have been
entered.
• Pull the tilting hold frame down to its horizontal
position.The motor will start automatically, the wheel
will spin.
The measurement is completed as soon as the
direction indicators light up. The unit will beep. The
brake will be applied automatically.
The weight(s) to be applied will be shown on the
display. For maximum precision, select "FINE".
• Raise the tilting frame to its vertical position.
