Static 1 balancing mode.

Only static imbalances are measured and corrected.
When selected, the display appears as shown in Figure
5.3.2.4-1.
• After entering the dimensions (Chapter 5.3.1), spin
the wheel.
• Apply the clip-on weight at the 12 o'clock position.
• Perform a check spin when done.
5.3.2.5

Static 2 balancing mode.

Only static unbalance is measured and corrected here.
When selected, the display appears as in Figure
5.3.2.5-1.
• Enter the dimensions (see chapter 5.3.1) and spin
the wheel.
• Apply the adhesive weight to the 12 o'clock position.
Ideally, this weight is applied on the rim median, so
as not to provoke dynamic unbalances.
When finished, perform a check spin.
5.3.2.6

Motorcycle Static Balancing Mode.

Install the motorcycle rapid flange as indicated in
Chapter 5.1 and insert the Offset reader extension.
This mode allows you to measure and correct wheel
static imbalances only.
When selected, the display appears as shown in Figure
5.3.2.6-1.
• Enter the dimensions (Chapter 5.3.1) and spin the
wheel.
• Apply the stick-on or clip-on weight (on the spokes)
in the 12 o'clock position.
• Perform a check spin when done.
5.3.2.7

PAX wheel balancing mode.

PAX SYSTEM wheels can be balanced with this
function (see Figure 5.3.2.7-1). When the PAX
function is on, the display is set for dimensions to
be entered in mm as required by this type of wheel.
• Follow the operative instructions previously
indicated for ALU4 wheels.
