14. Let the bread cool off on a cake rack.
Variations:
– substitute the seeds with 50 g of grated cheese
– substitute the seeds with coarsely chopped walnuts or hazelnuts

Pizza with salami and mushrooms
Ingredients:
90 g
1 TSP
½ TBSP
45 ml
½ – 1 ball

60 – 75 ml
as needed, arugula, freshly ground black pepper
If needed, grease for the pan
Preparation:
1. Combine the fl our with the yeast, a pinch of salt, the olive oil and the water into a
smooth dough ball.
2. Knead the dough until it is soft and smooth.
3. Roll out the dough on a work surface sprinkled with fl our so that it is round with a
diameter of about 15 cm.
4. Grease the bread baking basket well.
5. Place the dough in the bread baking basket and fold the overhanging edge of the
dough to the inside to form a crust.
6. Spread the ketchup evenly over the dough. Top it with the mozzarella slices, salami
and mushrooms.
7. Sprinkle oregano, pepper and parmesan over the pizza.
8. Place the bread baking basket in the basket insert and put it in the tray.
9. Place the tray in the main unit.
10. Set the cooking temperature to approx. 200 °C.
11. Set the timer to 12 minutes.
12. The pizza has fi nished baking once it is golden brown.
Tips:
– using ready-made pizza dough will reduce the time required to prepare
the pizza
– use wholemeal fl our instead of wheat fl our
– replace the salami, cheese, mushrooms as desired with other types of
sausage, cheese and vegetables
