5. Assembly
WARNING: Always be sure that the tool is switched off and the battery pack is
removed before assembling the tool. Failure to switch off and remove the battery
pack may result in serious personal injury from accidental start-up.
WARNING: Operation of the tool in a partially assembled state may result in serious
personal injury from accidental start-up.
WARNING: There is a danger of explosion if the battery is incorrectly inserted. Only
use the tools with Garant 62V Batteries (85819, 85820, 85821 or 85822). The use of any
other battery packs may create a risk of injury and fire.
5.1 Mid Grip Handle Assembly
NOTE: Do not operate the tool without the mid grip handle firmly in place.

Before using the tool, adjust the angle of the mid grip handle by pressing the
red button until mid grip can rotate. Release red button when preferred angle is
reached. (Fig.1)

You can position the handle at the desired height on the handle by unscrewing the
two bolts and move the mid grip handle up or down to the desired position, then
screw and fully tighten the two screws to fasten it in place. (Fig.2)
