5.3 Remove the Attachment from the Powerhead
WARNING: Never attach or adjust any attachment while the powerhead is running
or with the battery installed. Failure to stop the motor and remove the battery may
cause serious personal injury.
1.
Stop the motor and remove the battery pack.
2.
Loosen the wing knob to release the shaft. (Fig. 4A)
3.
Press the shaft release button (Fig. 4B, 1) and then, pull the attachment shaft (Fig. 4B, 2)
out from the powerhead shaft to remove it.

5.4 Mounting the Hood
WARNING: Never use the tool unless the hood is properly fitted.
1.
Position the snow shovel attachment so the snow inlet faces forward or upward.
2.
Keep in line with the hood and the groove on the bottom of the attachment. (Fig. 5A)
3.
Insert the hood into the groove and lock it using the five screws. (Fig. 5B)
