2) check that one of the two belts mentioned at point
1 is not broken;
3) check that one of the springs (M1-M2 Fig. 11) is
not broken or out of its seat; if so, replace the dam-
aged parts;
E) The machine does not steer on one side:
1) check that the wire controlled by the steering le-
vers (10-12 Fig. 1) is not broken; otherwise, re-
place it
2) check that the idle stroke (clearance) of the steer-
ing levers is mm 5/6, measured with relation to
the wire; in that case operate the specific register
placed near the lever.
3) check that the tension rollers G1-G2-G3-G4 move
away enough when the steering levers are oper-
ated (10-12 Fig. 1).
4) check that the belt-braking sliding blocks are cor-
rectly inserted on the pulley groove (race).
Otherwise, operate on the right and left V adjust-
ing screws ( Fig. 11).
6.1 FORWORD
We are pleased to herewith describe the several op-
erations of the equipment that may be assembled on
the standard minitrasporter
All this equipment is assembled by the Manufacturer
when the machine is purchased, with relation to the
different types of work required.
WARNING
As regards the handling, transport, starting and
shut-off of the machine engine, make reference to
the manual of the standard machine.

SECTION 6
Optional equipment
F) The machine moves by steering on one side:
1) check the right clearance of the steering levers;
2) check that one of the belts (C1-C2 Fig. 11) is not
particularly damaged or worn, otherwise replace
both of them;
3) check that one of the springs (M1-M2 Fig. 11) is
not broken or damaged, otherwise, replace both
of them.
G) Note:
In case you want to tow the machine because it is
not possible to repair it on site, do as follows:
- unload the load, if possible;
- remove the screws (V Fig. 12) (one per side) so
that the drive wheels are free from the axle shaft;
- fasten the machine to the main frame with a suit-
able cable or chain;
- tow slowly by means of a suitable tractor or other
draft gears.
- Contact an authorized service center
the dumper (4 Fig. 13), and it is operated by two hy-
draulic cylinders (3 Fig. 13).
6.2.1 MATERIAL LOADING
in order to correctly load the material, do as follows:
(the numbers quoted in the text refer to Fig. 13):
- lower the loading bucket (1) by moving the dis-
tributor lever (6) forward to the desired level.
- move the machine slowly forward, so that the ma-
terial enters the bucket.
- lift the loading bucket (1), by pulling the distribu-
tor lever (6) backward, until the material is unloaded
onto the dumper by fall.
- repeat those operations until the dumper is full, or
until the material has been completely loaded.
- lift the loading bucket in order to move the ma-
chine.
