10.2 Rack positions
Your steam oven has 5 rack positions. The rack positions
are counted from bottom to top. Rack positions 1 to 3 are
fitted with telescopic rack guides.
Place the universal pan on rack position 1 when using full
steam modes. This will prevent food drippings from
burning on to the bottom of the oven cavity.
10.3 Inserting the wire rack
The wire rack has a stop function to prevent the rack from
tilting when you pull it out. The wire rack can be used on
oven rails 4 and 5 in the steam oven.
Requirement: You have read the recommendation on
→ "Safe use of oven racks", Page 18 .
Grasp the rack firmly on both sides.
