4.3 Control panel
You can use the control panel to configure all functions of your appliance and to obtain information about the operating
status.
Note: The control panel graphics are representative. Your oven may have different graphic appearances.

4.4 Basic features
Here you can find information on the basic operating
features of your oven.
This Use and Care Guide covers several models. Your
model may have some but not all of the touch keys listed.
Touch key Function
ON I OFF Main switch. Turns the oven on or off.
LIGHT While the oven door is closed, press this
key to turn the oven light on and off. When
the oven door is opened, the oven light will
automatically turn on.
During self clean the oven light cannot be
turned on.
START I Starts or pauses the operation.
STOP
TIMERS Enters the kitchen timer or oven timer
function.
MENU Enters the menu for operating modes and
settings.
INFO Displays additional information on current
modes.
ADD STEAM Turns on steam assisted cooking.
FAST Activates or deactivates the fast preheat
PREHEAT function.
The display shows

The full touch display is a touch sensitive area. Use it to navigate through the
menus and select settings.
The feature that is active will be illuminated in blue.
Touch keys are touch sensitive areas. Press on the words of the touch buttons to
select a function.
The available functions are indicated by a light above the respective touch button.
Depending on the operation you are running, the number of available functions can
change.

INFO touch key
If the INFO touch key lights up, important information
regarding the mode you are using is available, for example
recommendations on suitable cookware or how to prepare
food for a safe cooking result.
How to use this feature:
When you press INFO, the information is displayed for

a few seconds.
To exit the information mode immediately, press INFO

or touch the display.
Sounds
The appliance uses various sound signals during
operation.
Sounds may indicate the following:
A touch key or touch field has been pressed.

An operation has started or finished.
¡
You can adjust the volume of the sounds in the basic
settings → Page 25 .
