Al ricevimento del motore controllare
che non abbia subito danni durante il
trasporto ed eventualmente segnalarli
allo spedizioniere. Controllare inoltre
che le caratteristiche riportate in targa
corrispondano a quanto richiesto in
ordine e confermato dalla BONFI-
GLIOLI RIDUTTORI S.p.A.
Trasporto e movimentazione
Gli imballi contenenti più motori sono
normalmente applicati a bancali in le-
gno per facilitarne la movimentazione
tramite carrelli elevatori o transpallets.
I motori possono essere movimentati
individualmente sollevandoli con fa-
sce o cinghie (se il peso lo richiede).
I motori di grandezza maggiore o
uguale al BN 100 o M3 sono provvisti
di un golfare di sollevamento.
I golfari sono adatti per il solleva-
mento del solo motore.
Assicurarsi che il motore venga ap-
poggiato in modo stabile e sia impedi-
to il rotolamento nel caso di motori
con flangia.
Reception
Upon receipt of the motor, check that
it was not damaged during transporta-
tion; if damage is noted, inform the
carrier immediately. In addition, check
that the characteristics stated on the
plate conform to those ordered and
confirmed by BONFIGLIOLI RIDUT-
TORI S.p.A.
Transport and handling
Cartons containing more than one mo-
tor are usually attached to wooden
boards to facilitate handling by forklifts
or transpallets.
Motors may be handled individually by
lifting them with belts or chains (if re-
quired due to weight).
Motors of frame sizes BN100 and M3,
and larger, are provided with an
eyebolt for lifting purposes.
The eyebolts are suitable for lifting
the motor only.
Make sure that the motor rests in a
stable manner and will not roll (in the
case of flanged motors).
Warenannahme
Bei der Anlieferung des Motors ist zu
kontrollieren, ob dieser während des
Transport beschädigt wurde. Sollte
dies der Fall sein, muß dies der Spe-
dition sofort mitgeteilt werden. Zudem
muß kontrolliert werden, ob die Eigen-
schaften, die auf dem Schild angege-
ben sind, denjenigen entsprechen, die
im Auftrag verlangt und von BONFI-
GLIOLI RIDUTTORI S.p.A bestätigt
wurden.
Transport, Auf-und Abladung
Verpackungen, die mehrere Motoren
enthalten, werden normalerweise auf
Holzverschlägen fixiert, dies verein-
facht ihren Transport auf Hubkarren
oder Handgabelhubwagen. Die Moto-
ren können individuell umplaziert wer-
den, indem man sie, falls dies wegen
ihres Gewichts notwendig ist, mit Rie-
men oder Bändern anhebt. Motoren
der Göße BN100 und M3, und größer,
werden mit einem Ringbolzen zum
Anheben ausgestattet.
Die Ösenschrauben sind nur für die
Anhebung des Motors vorgesehen.
Kontrollieren, daß der Motor stabil
aufgesetzt wird und im Fall von Moto-
ren mit Flansch nicht wegrollen kann.
Réception
A la réception du moteur, contrôler qu'il
n'a pas été abîmé pendant le transport.
Le cas échéant, signaler les détériora-
tions au transporteur. Contrôler égale-
ment que les caractéristiques figurant
sur la plaque signalétique correspon-
dent bien à ce qui a été demandé dans
la commande et confirmé par BON-
FIGLIOLI RIDUTTORI S.p.A.
Transport et manutention
Les emballages contenant plusieurs
moteurs sont normalement appliqués
sur des palettes en bois pour faciliter
la manutention au moyen de chariots
élévateurs ou de transpalettes.
Les moteurs peuvent être déplacés in-
dividuellement en les soulevant avec
des bandes ou sangles ( si le poids
l'exige).
Les moteurs de tailles supérieures ou
égales aux BN100 ou M3, sont munis
d'un anneau de levage.
Les chevilles à oeillet sont adaptés
uniquement pour le levage du mo-
teur.
S'assurer que le moteur soit posé de
façon stable et qu'ils ne puissent pas
rouler en cas de moteurs à bride.
Recepción
Cuando se reciba el motor, comprue-
be que no haya sufrido daños durante
el transporte y, si así fuera, indíquelos
al transportista. Compruebe asimismo
que las características indicadas en la
placa se correspondan con las solici-
tadas en el pedido y confirmadas por
BONFIGLIOLI RIDUTTORI S.p.A
Transporte y manipulación
Los embalajes que contienen varios
motores se colocan normalmente en
palés de madera para facilitar la mani-
pulación mediante carretillas elevado-
ras o transpalés.
Los
motores pueden
manipularse
individualmente, elevándolos con cin-
tas o correas (si el peso lo requiere).
Los motores de dimensiones mayores
o iguales al BN 100 o M3 están provi-
stos de una argolla de elevación.
Las argollas son adecuadas para la
elevación de un único motor.
Asegúrese de que el motor esté apo-
yado de manera estable y se haya im-
pedido la rodadura en el caso de los
motores con brida.
