At full operational speeds with the doors closed the
blower produces noise levels below 80db. It is possible
to make complete installations where the system is
kept at a low noise level provided care is taken to seal
joints, and adequate pipe insulation is used. Contact

Accessories
Kongskilde offers the following accessories for the
blowers:

The blower is designed to operate outdoors. Should the
operator panel be repositioned from inside the blower,
the "Enclosure for outdoor mounting" is recommended,
as precipitation and sunlight can damage the panel.

The operator panel on the MultiAir FC 4000 is mounted
and connected inside the blower on delivery, as shown:
If desired, the operator panel can either be hooked to
the blower end plate, provided the blower is indoors

(see below photo), or mounted remotely.
The panel is equipped with 15 meters cable, which can
be extended to max. 150 meters if necessary. Kong-
skilde can supply extension cables in 50, 100 and 150
meter lengths. All extension sets contain data and 24v
supply cores and are suitable for outdoor installation.

Use a standard CAT6 data cable and 24V supply cable
for outdoor installation, if necessary. Use cable ferrules
for the 24V cable, and do not extend the cables as
joints may impair reliability.
Mounting of the operator panel to the blowers end
plate, as follows::
1 - the main switch is switched off and locked
2 - the doors on both sides are opened
3 - the cable ties on the operator panel wires are cut
