123 040 062: The vibration sensor is mounted on the
motor console, connected to the blower control, and set
on the operator´s panel in accordance with enclosed
guide.
123 040 063: The vibration sensor is mounted on the
motor console and connected to the blower's external
control or motor protection. Vibration level and delay -
the period in which the vibration level has been exceed-
ed - is set in accordance with enclosed guide.
The sensor alarm signal (exceeded vibration level)
must always stop the blower. This can be done directly
via a motor protection, or possibly. via a common con-
trol. On MultiAir blowers with frequency converter, the
sensor alarm signal will always stop the blower.
The current vibration level of the blower can be read on
the operator´s panel, as a green bar:

It is possible to lower the alarm level by correcting the
% value. The alarm icon will then move to the selected
% value. It is necessary to log in as Admin to change
the % value.
If the blower stops due to too high vibration level, the
operator´s panel error icon will change from black to
flashing red. By pressing the icon, the field to the right
of "Vibration error" will turn red, to show the cause of
the error.
It is not recommended to set the % value higher than
80%, as the blower will stop when the alarm level
reaches 100% for 10 seconds.
Blower housing and rotor and must be inspected in ac-
cordance with section "Service and maintenance".
