Operation
Calibrate the torque as follows:

On calibration to a relative zero point, the torque is displayed with a
positive or negative sign during the course of the process. This depends
on the change in viscosity after the calibration.
On calibration to an absolute zero point, the torque is generally displayed
with a positive sign during the course of the process. This depends on the
actual viscosity of the sample.
The torque changes depending on the rotational speed, i.e. recalibration
is generally necessary after a speed adjustment.
The calibration value is reset to the factory setting automatically on
switching off the device.

The Hei-TORQUE Ultimate type devices offer a range of setting options that can be called up
via the Device menu.
