Automatic motor stop
Press the "Cal" key briefly.
Cal
If the "Cal" key is pressed briefly, an asterisk appears next to the apex
locator stripe. This indicates that the motor, if it is running, will stop on
reaching the apex (foramen apicale).

Press "Cal" briefly again (

The micromotor stops on reaching the apex. If you then release the foot
switch and actuate it a second time, the motor will run counterclockwise to
exit the canal.

Special functions
Press the "System
it for 1 second during the welcome screen display.
Plug the SIROEndo software stick into the USB port. Wait for 3 seconds.
Then press the "Load" key, hold it down and switch the unit on. The following
display reading appears:
Please wait until the usual reading reappears on the display.
Switch the unit off with the "Power" key and remove the SIROEndo software
stick.
After switching the unit on, press "System ↑" for a longer period of time to load
the manufacturer's settings.
The unit is now ready for operation again.

NOTE
If you have saved an individual file assortment to the memory stick, please de-
lete it (cf. section 6.2: Deleting the individual file assortment).
Plug the SIROEndo software stick into the USB port. Wait for 3 seconds.
Then press and hold the "Rev" key and switch the unit on.
Wait until the familiar display appears again.
