Togliere i due coperchi del manubrio ponendo molta attenzione a non
danneggiarli (vedi Fig. 5)

Svitando la vite che lo fissa al tubo di sterzo (part. 5, Fig. 1) togliere il
manubrio dalla forcella e rovesciarlo in avanti avendo cura di non danneggiare
i vari cavi ad esso collegati.

Svitando la ghiera e l'anello cuscinetto superiore (part. 1-3, Fig. 1) si può ora
smontare la forcella ORIGINALE dal vostro scooter, avendo cura di non
danneggiare le due ralle a sfere (part. 4-6, Fig. 1). Togliere il cavo del
contachilometri dalla sua sede di ancoraggio sul parafanghi ed il tubo del
freno anteriore.

Remove the two plastic covers on handlebar, paying attention not to damage
them (see Fig. 5).

Unscrew the screw that fastens the handlebar to the steering tube (part. 5,
Fig. 1) and then remove the handlebar from the fork and turn it upside down,
paying attention to avoid damage to the cables connected.

After unscrewing the lock nut and the upper bearing ring (part. 1-3, Fig. 1), you
can now remove your scooter's ORIGINAL fork, paying attention not to
damage the two ball-bearing fifth wheels (part. 4-6, Fig. 1). Remove the
odometer cable from its anchor point on the fenders and the front brake tube.

Retirez les deux couvercles du guidon en portant une attention particulière à
ne pas les endommager (voir Fig. 5).

En dévissant la vis qui le fixe à la colonne de direction (part. 5, Fig. 1), retirez
le guidon de la fourche et renversez-le vers l'avant en prenant garde à ne pas
endommager les différents câbles qui y sont reliés.

En dévissant la bague et la cuvette supérieure, (part. 1-3, Fig. 1) vous pouvez
à présent démonter la fourche D'ORIGINE de votre scooter, en faisant
particulièrement attention à ne pas endommager les deux roulements à billes
(part. 4-6, Fig. 1). Retirez le câble du compteur kilométrique de son
emplacement d'ancrage sur le garde-boue et la durite de frein avant.
