Verifica del volume
La verifica gravimetrica del volume va eseguita
secondo la seguente procedura:
(Il metodo di prova è descritto ad esempio nella
ISO 8655 parte 6).
Impostare il volume nominale.
Condizionare la pipetta:
Condizionare la pipetta prima della verifica aspirando
e rilasciando il liquido di prova (H
un puntale nuovo per cinque volte. Poi espellere il
puntale.
Eseguire la verifica (osservare le istruzioni per
l'uso del produttore della bilancia):
- Inserire un puntale nuovo e risciacquarlo una volta
con il liquido campione.
- Aspirare il liquido di prova e pipettarlo nel contenitore
per la pesata.
- Pesare il campione pipettato con una bilancia anali-
tica.
- Calcolare il volume pipettato, tenendo conto della
temperatura.
- Eseguire almeno 10 pipettaggi e relative pesate.

The gravimetric volume test of the pipette requires the

Conditioning the pipette:
To condition the pipette before testing, mount a new
pipette tip and pipette five times with testing liquid
(H
O dist.). Discard the pipette tip.

Carrying out the test (observe instructions by the
balance manufacturer):
- Mount a new pipette tip and pre-rinse once with
testing liquid.
- Take up testing liquid and pipette into the weighing
vessel.
- Weigh the pipetted quantity with an analytical bal-
ance.
- Calculate the volume, taking the temperature into
account.
- Carry out at least 10 pipetting and weighing opera-
tions.
