Gas pressure regulator

The MonoControl gas pressure regulator is a safety gas pressure
regulator according to EN 16129 for operation with liquid gas in the
gas phase�

PRV

The gas pressure regulator is fitted with an automatic safety device
(PRV) � If the gas pressure regulator is not working properly, for

example due to dirt or other foreign mateiral, the safety valve opens
and releases the overpressure� The connected consumers are thus
protected from an impermissibly high pressure� The PRV closes auto-
matically after the pressure is reduced�

Reset button

The gas pressure regulator has a reset button� It is only needed for
the gas check�
If the black reset button is pushed in (Fig� 2-1), the gas pressure
regulator is ready for operation� This means that the gas system is
supplied with gas�
If the black reset button is protruding (Fig� 2-2), the gas pressure
regulator is not ready for operation� This means that the gas system is
not supplied with gas�

 Unusually strong vibrations while driving may lead to the reset
button triggering inadvertently� In this situation, the flow of gas is
interrupted� To reset the reset button, see chapter „Resetting the
reset button")
