3.1

Gas system

The pressure in a filled gas cylinder is up to 16 bar� The gas applian-
ces in the vehicle are designed for an operating pressure of 30 mbar�
The gas pressure regulator is situated between the gas cylinder and
the gas appliances and reduces the gas cylinder's pressure to the gas
system's operating pressure�
The connection between the gas cylinder and the gas pressure
regulator is established using a flexible high-pressure hose� The
high-pressure hose is fitted with hose rupture protection as an option�
An optional gas filter cleans the gas and therefore protects the gas
system from contaminants�
