12 – Cleaning and
maintenance
Cleaning
CAUTION! Electric shock!
WARNING! Risk of electric
shock!
• Wait until the machine has cooled
down and remove the rechargeable
battery from the machine.
• Before cleaning the charger, always
pull the plug out.
• Make sure that no water is able to
enter the machine.
• Do not damage the surfaces of the
machine.
• Do not use aggressive cleaning
agents, brushes with metal or nylon
bristles, or sharp or metallic cleaning
tools such as knives, hard spatulas or
similar.
• Use a mild cleaning agent and a dry
or damp, but not dripping wet, cloth.
Do not use cleaning agents that
contain solvents!
• Always keep the ventilation slots free
from dust deposits in order to prevent
the machine from overheating.
• Dry the machine and tools with a soft
cloth.
• We recommend cleaning the machine
after every use.

Maintenance
The machine does not contain any parts
that need to be maintained or lubricated
by the user.
13 – Storage and
transportation
Storage
1. Clean the device as described above.
2. Store the device in the supplied case
in a dry place that cannot be
accessed by children.
3. The place of storage must be dry and
frost-proof. The ideal ambient
temperature must not exceed
50 °C.
CAUTION! The storage of
discharged batteries may lead to
a so-called deep discharge. This
destroys the battery cells and renders
the rechargeable battery useless.
Transport
If possible, use the original packaging
when dispatching.
1. Switch the device off and remove the
battery pack.
2. Use the transport protection if possible.
3. Only carry the device by the handle.
4. Protect the device from the heavy
impacts and vibrations that may
occur when transporting by car.
5. Protect the device to prevent it from
sliding or falling over.
