• Light pressure on the switch (9) = low

possible rotation speed, for boring.
CAUTION! Avoid the motor
coming to a standstill
under loading when boring or
screw-driving!
Clockwise/anti-clockwise run
You determine the rotation direction with
the aid of the slide switch (5) above the
operating switch.
PLEASE NOTE! Change rotation
direction only with motor stopped!
The relevant direction of operation is
indicated during use by means of the LED
rotating directional display (3/Figure 1)
• Screw-driving in bolts/drilling: Slide
switch to Position R. The directional
display (3a) for clockwise operation
lights up.
• Turning off bolts: Slide switch to
Position L. The directional display (3b)
for anti-clockwise operation lights up.
• Safety position: Switch middle

Caution! Risk of over winding
caused by screwing screws in
too deep. Watch the screwing
process carefully and, if necessary,
stop early and finish the process with
an ordinary screwdriver. Always
practise first!
One-handed gear switch (4)
Use the one-handed gear switch to select
between two different rotation ranges.
• Switch position LO: 0–430 rpm for
turning screws in and out
• Switch position HI: 0–1770 rpm for
screw-driving and drilling
The speed range to be selected is
determined by the respective material
and the planned activity, and is to be
determined through work on a specimen.
CAUTION! Carry out changeover
with motor stopped only.
11 – After use
• Release the On/Off switch to switch
the machine off.
• Set the left/right rotation to the
middle position to block the On/Off
switch and prevent unintentional
activation of the machine.
• Remove the rechargeable battery and
the tool before you clean and store
the machine.
• Clean the machine as described under
"Cleaning and maintenance".
