Optionally, it is possible to purchase bar grill for the oven and use them in substitution of the trays (see
drawing D11).
NOTE: The models Mónaco and Fígaro incorporate incorporates one grill.
- Refractory bricks or ceramic pieces: They are placed on the base of the oven. Their purpose is to
absorb heat and irradiate it.

INTERIOR OF THE OVEN

Within the range of Bronpi ovens there are some models with the interior made of removable stainless steel parts and models in which there
are two versions: sheet metal interior or stainless steel interior.
In any case, a model with the interior made of sheet can be changed into stainless steel by requesting the corresponding INOX KIT.
Models Sierra, Sierra-E and Sagra
In these models, the oven is composed of two parts made of lacquered sheet steel which can be removed in order to extract them and to
facilitate the cleaning.
To remove them, follow the next steps (see drawing D12):
Model Mónaco
In this model, the interior of the oven is composed of four parts made of stainless steel which can be removed in order to extract them and to
facilitate the cleaning.
To remove them, follow the next steps (see drawing D13):
1. Extract the top, sliding it outside.
2. Remove the side parts which are placed on four supports. To remove it, it is necessary to pull the guide up and, them, extract it.
3. Finally, extract the back part which is placed on two supports.
Model Fígaro
In this model, the inside of the oven is made of two pieces made in stainless steel (upper and
lower) which can be disassembled for an easy cleaning.
In order to disassemble them, you should follow the next steps (see drawing D14):
1. First, remove the upper piece by unscrewing two screws on the left side and two screws
in the right side.
2. Remove the lower piece, by unscrewing the screws placed on the left and right side.
