OPERATION AND ADJUSTMENTS
For correct adjustment of the extension tube (3) according to your body height please check the
markings on the tube:
Please note, that you must not use the device if you are taller than 1.98 meters as this would exceed
the maximum possible height adjustment of the tube.

Adjusting the extension tube
The extension tube (3) can be adjusted ac-
cording to your individual needs. To adjust
the tube, pull out the quick release knob (37)
and slide the extension tube (3) into desired
position. Release quick release knob (37) and
slightly move the tube (3) up or down until
the knob "pops" down into the locked position
(when holes are aligned). Then insert the ring
pin (26) in the upper hole of the extension
tube (3) to secure the connection additionally.
The handlebars
The handlebars (6/7) support you while exer-
cising. You may return to an upright position
more quickly if you grab them and pull slightly,
until you have returned to the initial position.
Normally, the backrest of the inversion trai-
ner should return to upright position when
you move your hands below your waist. If the
backrest does not move, the extension tube
is probably not correctly adjusted according
to your height. However, we recommend to
always hold on to the handlebars while exer-
cising and always do slow turns only in order
to avoid physical injury.
