OPERATION AND ADJUSTMENTS
General precautions
1. We recommend that always a second person is present to support you during exercise, espe-
cially during the first few times.
2. Make sure, that the foam pads (13) can hold your feet securely.
3. Make sure, that the extension tube (3) is properly set to your height.
4. Make sure, that the extension tube (3) is fixed securely before using the equipment and that the
nylon belt (23) is properly fastened to secure your body.
5. Make sure, that there is enough free space for the inversion trainer to rotate completely.
Adjusting the foam pads
1. Put your ankles between the foam pads (13) and place your feet on the foot tube (4).
2. Use adjustment knob (21) and handle (5) to adjust the clamping, so that your ankles are securely
fixed. Insert ball head pin (40) into corresponding hole to secure position additionally.
3. Lean on backrest and hold your hands in a low position at both sides of your body.
