Time
The default time is 10 minutes; press the buttons
to adjust the time before workout
Oscillation speed
Press the buttons to adjust the oscillation speed during
workout.
Mode selection
M = user mode, P1\P2\P3\P4 = auto programs. In user
mode, speed and time need to be adjusted; in auto pro-
gram, speed and time are automatically controlled.
Start/ Stop button
Press START/STOP-button to run or stop the appliance.
