Product description

The inertia braking system (IBS) connects the towing
vehicle with the frame of the trailer. It stand always level
during the adjustment process. A gas spring supports the
adjustment.
The permissible overall weight is stamped on every over-
run device. The overall weight of the trailer must not ex-
ceed this value.

Designated use
The overrun device is an integral part of the braking
system of the trailer and must be fully mounted and in-
spected before it is used for connecting the trailer to the
towing vehicle.
The IBS is approved for following weight

161 VB-2 850 - 1600 kg
162 VB-2
251 VB-2 1425 - 2700 kg
252 VB-2
351 VB-2 2500 - 3500 kg
352 VB2
Possible misuse
Caution!
Do not use the breakaway cable guide ring for tow-
ing and pulling!
Tension on the ring will cause it to bend and the
spring assembly of the parking brake to jump out
of its mount.
Risk of accident due to failure of the parking brake!

Disposal

Do not dispose of old equipment, batteries
or accumulators as household waste!
Packaging, machine and accessories are ma-
nufactured using recyclable materials and must
be disposed of accordingly.
