Recommandations for installing the
8012 on the pipe

When installing an 8012 with optical sensor:
• Protect the device from strong light intensity to prevent any
disruption of measurements.
• Ensure that the arrow on the side of the housing is in line
with the flow direction of the fluid.
Check that the DN of the fitting is dimensioned to the process
according to the graphs in chap. 7.3.
