Pumpen nach Fließrate
1. Mit der MODE-Taste auf
PUMP Flow rate wechseln.

Tasten die gewünschte
Fließrate einstellen. Je nach
Pumpenkopf kann die Fließrate
wie folgt angezeigt werden:

3. Mit RUN/STOP starten.
Fließrate kann auch bei laufender
Pumpe geändert werden.
Während des Pumpvorganges
können über die MODE-Taste die
folgenden Werte abgelesen werden:

Drehzahl (PUMP rpm)
-
Total gefördertes Volumen (TOTAL)
4. MAX/MIN-Taste bei laufender
Pumpe gedrückt halten.
Pumpe dreht mit max.
Drehzahl (für schnelles Füllen/
Entleeren des Systems).
5. MAX/MIN-Taste bei ruhender,
aber eingeschalteter Pumpe
gedrückt halten.
Pumpe dreht mit 10 min
–1
(für Pumpenkopf-Montage).

Die Eingabe des eingestellten
Hubvolumens sowie des ID-Codes
des jeweilig benutzten Pumpenkopfes
ermöglicht in der Betriebsart »Pump
Flow rate« bereits mit angenäherten,
jedoch noch nicht kalibrierten
Fließraten zu arbeiten.
Pumping by flow rate
1. Change the mode to PUMP Flow rate.
2. Enter the required flow rate with the

keys. Depending on the pump-
head the flow rate can be displayed
as follows:
Microlitres:

1.70µ = 1.70 µl
Microlitres:

17.0µ = 17.0 µl
Microlitres:

0.170 = 170 µl
Millilitres:

3. Start the pump with RUN/STOP.
The flow rate can be adjusted
while the pump is running.
During the pumping process the
following values can be retrieved
with the MODE key:
-
Rotation speed (PUMP rpm)
-
Totally delivered volume (TOTAL)
4. Maintain pressure on the MAX/MIN
key while the pump is running.
Pump is running at max. speed
(ideal for fast filling or emptying
the system).
5. Maintain pressure on MAX/MIN-
key when pump is idle (power
switched on!).
pump is turning at 10 rpm
(for mounting the pump-head).

Entering the the preset stroke
volume and the ID code of the currently
mounted pump-head allows the user
to set the flow rate in ml/min. This,
however, is an approximate value as
not yet calibrated.
Pompage selon le débit

3. Mettre en route avec RUN/STOP.
Il est aussi possible de modifier
le débit pendant que la pompe
fonctionne.
Pendant la procédure de pompage,
les valeurs suivantes peuvent être lues
avec la touche MODE:
-
Nombre de tours (PUMP rpm)
-
Volume total refoulé (TOTAL)
4. Maintenez la touche MAX/MIN
enfoncée pendant que la pompe
fonctionne.
La pompe fonctionne avec un
nombre de tours maximal (pour un
remplissage et une vidange
rapides du système).
5. Maintenir la touche MAX/MIN
enfoncée lorsque la pompe est
enclenchée mais ne fonctionne pas.
La pompe tourne à une vitesse
de 10 t/min. (pour l'in-stallation de
la tête de pompe).

La saisie du volume de course
ou/et du code ID de la tête de pompe
utilisée permet en mode »PUMP Flow
rate« de travailler déjà avec des débits
approximatifs mais pas encore calibrés.
