In the group mode
1 Hold down SHIFT and press PROGRAM on the
En
remote control in stop mode.
"PRGM" flashes on the display.
2 Press GROUP DIRECT (or GROUP (DIRECT) on
the remote control).
3 Press the numbered buttons on the remote
control to select a group.
-To select the 25th group, press +10, +10 and 5.
-To select the 20th group, press +10, +10 and 0.
The selected group number lights up on the display.
4 Press GROUP DIRECT (GROUP (DIRECT)).
5 Press the numbered buttons on the remote
control to program a track.
-To select the 25th track, press +10, +10 and 5.
-To select the 20th track, press +10, +10 and 0.
The selected track number lights up on the display.
6 Program other tracks.
To program a track in the same group, repeat step 5.
To program a track in another group, repeat steps 2 to 5.
7 Press c to start play.
•During programmed play, you cannot
-select ""1" play or random play.
-select a track with the numbered buttons.
•If the total play time of the program exceeds 255 minutes
and 59 seconds, the playing time is displayed as
"- -:- -".

To check the program
Press f or g repeatedly in stop mode. The track
number and program number are displayed in succession.
To clear the program
Press s in stop mode.
To add tracks to the program
In the disc mode
Repeat step 2 on page 31 before starting play. The tracks are
added to the end of the program.
In the group mode
To add a track in the same group as that of the last track,
repeat step 5 on this page. To add a track in another group,
repeat steps 2 to 5. The tracks are added to the end of the
program.
To change the programmed tracks
Clear the program and repeat all the steps again.
Notes on MDs
Nothing other than an MD should be inserted into the disc
insertion slot. Otherwise the disc may become scratched,
causing a malfunction or safety hazard such as an electric
shock.
