4. Place the glass cover (B) on the bowl (E).
5. Position the bowl on the motor unit.
6. Press the TEMP button several times to select the cooking temperature.
7. Press the CHOP button several times to select the mixing speed.
8. Press the '+' or '-' button to select cooking or preparation time.
9. Press the START/STOP button to start the selected programme.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Insufficient water or liquid capacity: If the level of soup in the bowl has decreased and
is now below the minimum level ('I' mark) cooking will stop automatically. Mixing will
continue and the appliance will beep around 20 times (you can stop the beeping by
pressing any button once) and the on/off light will flash to inform you that you need to
add water. The mixing function will stop automatically after 4 minutes. To resume
cooking, add water or another liquid to your recipe and press the START/STOP button.
Glass cover not properly attached: If the glass cover is not correctly attached to the
stainless steel bowl the appliance will not work. The appliance will beep 3 times and the
on/off light will flash to inform the user that the glass cover is not properly attached to the
stainless steel bowl.
CLEANING YOUR SOUP'MASTER
1. Unplug the appliance.
2. Remove the stainless steel bowl from the motor unit.
3. Open the glass cover by turning it with the thumb.
4. Pour your soup or other recipe into a container and remove the blades and the stirrer
or 'Blender' tool.
Note: Remove the blades by sliding the hook underneath the blades at an angle and
pulling the hook to release the blades.
5. Wash the accessories in water with washing-up liquid and rinse.
6. Wash the bowls in water with washing up liquid and rinse.
Note: The 'bottle brush'accessory can be used to wash the bowl. Before doing so, unplug
the appliance, remove the blades, the stirrer or the 'blender' tool and position the 'bottle
brush'accessory in the bowl.Pour some water and washing-up liquid into the stainless steel
bowl and attach the glass lid onto the bowl. Plug in the appliance and press the CHOP
button several times to select speed L (low), before pressing the "-" or "+" button to adjust
the time (select 1 minute). Press the START/STOP button to start cleaning. After 1 minute,
press the START/STOP button to stop cleaning.Unplug the appliance,remove the bowl from
the motor unit, open the glass cover and remove the 'bottle brush' accessory. Rinse the
stainless steel bowl in clean water and dry.
